Fight's On understands the battles veterans face, both during and after service. Our founder served 24 years in the service with a dozen deployments and missions all over the world, from GWOT to Counter-drug. To him, the "Fight's On" name is more than just words; it's the relentless spirit we carry into every aspect of life.

A Veteran's Spirit, A Mission for All
Fight's On wouldn't exist without the unexpected success of Aces Eights Group (AEG). During the fall of Kabul, Nacho, our founder, also known as Aces, stood up a team of teams to assist veterans with rescuing and supporting their Afghan Allies. A mission to rescue became a mission to sustain our allies once the planes stopped flying out and the borders got locked down by the Taliban. In the end, the charity arm of AEG, Heart of an Ace, built a veteran ran food and shelter program that donated over $1.2M in food, medicine, and rent.

WHAT MAKES FIGHT'S ON DIFFERENT?
We don't care about credit and we give away every penny we can to veteran owned or hero community focused charities like ours.
We cut our teeth in the non-profit world during the fall of Kabul and learned that we could accomplish so much if we combined our efforts with other NGOs and operate as a team of teams. We mastered command and control for organizing chaos and letting the experts be experts.
Extreme teaming became the norm and after thousands of small wins, it was evident we had built and joined a massive network of partners. Most of who we still work with today to help veterans, active uniformed members and their families.

Charity Arm for ACES EIGHTS GROUP (AEG)
Heart of an Ace: From August of 2021 through October of 2023, we helped families that faced starvation and urgent medical care. Over 1.5 Million meals were donated, and over $1 Million was applied directly to foundations that procured, scheduled, and delivered food, and provided shelter and medical and emergency care.

UNCN is a network of 60+ NGOs (primarily 501c3s) based on a “team of teams” concept. UNCN was formed to provide an outward-facing single point of contact for those wishing to assist the NGOs on the ground and to centralize resource intake (both financial and non-financial) and deconflict and collaborate operations
Coaching, Leadership and Mental Wellness
Undaunted Team of Teams (UT2) GenAI assisted coaching and mentorship. Peer to peer in a team of teams concept to "get left" of the abondment, lonliness and hopelessness people face while in and out of the military. Members also have access to the Hero Wellness Collective (HWC).
